What exactly is AI search visibility?
AI search visibility measures how often AI assistants like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Claude mention or recommend your business when users ask relevant questions. Unlike traditional SEO rankings, AI visibility tracks whether your brand appears in AI-generated responses, which pages get cited as sources, and your “Share of Voice” compared to competitors.
How do you track AI mentions?
I use specialist AI search tracking tools that query each AI platform with your target keywords and monitor the responses. For each keyword, I capture which brands get mentioned, in what position, which specific pages are cited as sources, and the actual questions being answered. This data is compiled into your monthly report.
How quickly will I see results from schema improvements?

AI platforms re-index content at different rates, but you can typically expect to see changes reflected within 1-3 months after schema upgrades. Month 1 of tracking becomes your baseline, and subsequent months will show how your visibility improves as AI systems incorporate your enhanced markup.

How are the recurring payments setup

Month 1: The first payment you make is via the website to get things started quickly and efficiently for you. 

Month 2: I send you an invoice and you make a manual payment via the invoice then that payment method will be used for future payments.

Month 3 onwards: An automatic payment will be made via auto direct debit using the payment method used for last invoice. 
Note: You will get an invoice 1 week before this payment is processed so you will have time to get organised for the payment coming out instead of out of the blue. 

Can I change packages or cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no long-term contract. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with 30 days notice. I recommend committing to at least 3 months of tracking to see meaningful trends and the impact of any optimisation work.
How do you choose which keywords to track?
I’ll propose keywords based on your business, services, and any recent SEO work. For example, if you’ve invested in schema upgrades across 14 pages, I’d map 1-2 keywords to each page plus variations and location terms. You’ll have final approval on the keyword list before tracking begins.

The monthly call is a focused review of your report and recommendations. We’ll discuss what’s working, what needs attention, and prioritise your next steps. For Tracking clients (15 min) this can be combined with your existing support time. Pro clients get 30 minutes plus a 60-minute quarterly deep-dive for strategic planning.
