It’s a can be done 2 ways
- 30 minute call, where I can grab your logins and have a poke around your website while you watch.
- You provide me with logins and a description of the issue and I will spend up to 30 minutes investigating and, if time fixing the issue. If it is more extensive, then I can give you a quote for the extra work needed to fix the issue if I am able to.
Simply pay for the session and I’ll be in touch to either organise a time to chat via video chat or get more information and logins to do the investigation/repair work depending on what you need.
If you know you have a more complex issue, then I recommend the Advanced Support Session.
Please note: This price includes the time of the session only, if your problem proves to be unsolvable in the 30 minute session a full websit audit, WordPress training or development work may be required.
